I’ve really enjoyed my time at Dr. Fulcher’s office. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I feel so comfortable at this office, and they always explain things well. My favorite thing about braces is getting to change the colors of the bands. I’m happy the way my smile is coming along.

Dr. Fulcher and his staff are the most friendly, kindest, most giving people you will ever encounter! Both of my children had orthodontics work at this office. We LOVE this office so much! We even drive from Florida to SC for their appointments! I’ve never been to a doctor’s office where they are constantly giving back to their patients. Such a giving practice. From the rewards program, which really encourages your child to be on time for appts, brush, floss, and so many other ways to earn points for prizes. These are good prizes (like Amazon gift cards). To a free shirt for being patient. An annual water park party! What?! Who does this normally?! When you get your braces off, they truly celebrate the moment. I feel so appreciated and valued in this office. There truly isn’t enough words to describe how wonderful Dr. Fulcher and his staff are. Dr. Fulcher has decades of experience which is a comfort to parents and children. You are presented exam results with state of the art technology. You are thoroughly educated on what and why orthodontic care is necessary. You are treated with the best care and so much kindness. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Fulcher and his office!! Why else would I drive all the way from Florida to keep my children in his care?! He’s worth it! The staff is worth it!
This is absolutely the most wonderful practice you could go to. The staff members are ALWAYS friendly, genuinely so, and Dr. Fulcher really loves what he does. You can tell just by the way he speaks to you. He is always very warm, but also very thorough and professional. The waiting area is always very clean, there’s even an area for you for children to go and play. Appointments are very easy to schedule, and the service is just amazing. I have zero complaints whatsoever.
Dr. Fulcher and his staff are AMAZING! Their professionalism, experience, and, most importantly in my opinion, friendliness are second to none. I've never experienced such amazing customer service and my son is excited to go in to see everyone for every appointment. So glad I chose this office for my son's braces.
