I’ve really enjoyed my time at Dr. Fulcher’s office. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I feel so comfortable at this office, and they always explain things well. My favorite thing about braces is getting to change the colors of the bands. I’m happy the way my smile is coming along.

I love Lowcountry Orthodontics! Their service is great! They are always so nice and keep everything clean and organized! I always leave with a smile on my face with new colored bands on my braces!🦷🪥😁
We love Dr. Fulcher and team. They are family friendly and really connect with the kids. My daughter feels so comfortable there. Her confidence is growing as her teeth are getting straighter.

Everyone at Lowcountry Orthodontics is the best! We are always welcomed with warmth and enthusiasm and I am listened to with any questions or concerns I sometimes have. I’ve also had some emergency issues with equipment from time to time and they have always been prompt to fix it (even after hours and weekends) and make me feel better. Thanks Everyone!!
