Dr. Fulcher exudes calm and confidence, and makes plans that not only meet the obvious dental needs, but also consider the emotional impacts for the kids involved. He also adjusts plans and provides feedback based on the individual kid, and not just the industry standard. I am so thankful we were referred to Lowcountry Orthodontics!

Low-country Orthodontics is something special. Everyone there is exceptionally nice and kind, and you are always greeted with a smile. They have done an excellent job for my braces and I have never had a bag experience with my braces or the monthly checks on them. 1000/1000 stars.
