We love the team at Lowcountry Orthodontics. Dr. Fulcher is so great with the kids and we feel like family when we are there! My daughter LOVES going to the orthodontist and is so excited for each visit.

I’ve really enjoyed my time at Dr. Fulcher’s office. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I feel so comfortable at this office, and they always explain things well. My favorite thing about braces is getting to change the colors of the bands. I’m happy the way my smile is coming along.

Our 7 year old daughter just started going to lowcountry orthodontics. We had a very thorough first visit with Dr. Fulcher detailing our daughter's teeth structure and what we needed to start doing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating with scheduling all appointments. All appointments are timely and efficient. We have had a very good experience with needing to start orthodontics on our young daughter!
