I’ve really enjoyed my time at Dr. Fulcher’s office. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I feel so comfortable at this office, and they always explain things well. My favorite thing about braces is getting to change the colors of the bands. I’m happy the way my smile is coming along.

I love Lowcountry Orthodontics! Their service is great! They are always so nice and keep everything clean and organized! I always leave with a smile on my face with new colored bands on my braces!🦷🪥😁
We go to Lowcountry Orthodontics because they do such a great job. We have been going since my sister's got their braces and we haven't been anywhere else because of how great Dr. Fulcher and the staff are.
Great staff
My daughter got her braces today. On our consult visit Megan & Dr. Fulcher took the time to thoroughly explain everything from billing to treatment. Today, Megan was the first to ease my daughter’s fears, then Stacy & Dr. Fulcher as her braces were being constructed. Stacy was excellent! She explained each step of the process to my daughter & then gave us the new braces debrief on care, off limit foods, etc. We left the office with a swag bag that even included a t-shirt. We are so happy to be part of this practice.
