I’ve really enjoyed my time at Dr. Fulcher’s office. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I feel so comfortable at this office, and they always explain things well. My favorite thing about braces is getting to change the colors of the bands. I’m happy the way my smile is coming along.

I love Lowcountry Orthodontics! Their service is great! They are always so nice and keep everything clean and organized! I always leave with a smile on my face with new colored bands on my braces!🦷🪥😁

Their office is amazing. They make me feel better and bring a smile to my face.
We are in the first phase of braces, with an expanded to get my daughters mouth ready for her braces to be installed. The day her expander was installed Dr. Fulchwr himself called me that night to check on my daughter and answer any questions I had. Very good service from the front desk to the doctor!
I like the people because they are so nice. The layout is not difficult it's easy when they tell you she need to go and I like how they have those drawings and copetitions.
